Spring has finally sprung here at Beachwood Resort. The piles of snow have melted away and the birds are returning home from their winter holiday in the south. We are busy getting the grounds ready for our guests.
Even the spring flowers have started peaking their heads out of the ground! In the office, Krista and Jo-anne have been busy working on updating the beachwood website.

The ice went out about 2 weeks early this year (March 30) and because of unusually high snowfalls this winter, we are experiencing a high spring runoff.
This has resulted in our lake being about 12 inches higher than normal. Take a look at the photos we took of the harbour on April 10th! The dock in the harbour and front lawn are submerged.
